Fuel Blending Operation

Engine Load is continually monitored via an air flow sensor. Gas injection rate is scheduled on a real time basis per input signal from measured airflow.


All input signals are equipped with safety control setpoints and shutdown safety setpoints. When a safety control setpoint is violated, the gas injection rate is reduced by 15% from normal rate. When a safety shutdown setpoint is violated, the gas injection is stopped and the gas train is turned off. A final output contact is activated for a local and remote indication.


Operating data readings are available via a webpage Wi-Fi connection on a laptop, tablet or smartphone.
